OEM/ODM Manufacturing: Custom production of campaign and promotional T-shirts according to client specifications.

B2B Only: Services exclusively provided to businesses, government entities, wholesalers, and authorized resellers. No direct retail sales.

Private Labeling: Custom tags, wash labels, polybags, and carton packaging services available.

Production Capabilities: Screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, and fabric customization through our in-house production lines.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Minimum order requirements apply and vary by product type and customization complexity.

Sampling: Sample approval required before mass production. Sample costs and shipping charges apply.

Design Specifications: Client must provide complete artwork, specifications, and material requirements in acceptable formats.

Production Timeline: Lead times vary based on order complexity, quantity, and seasonal demand. Confirmed timelines provided upon order confirmation.

Payment Schedule: Typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Terms may vary for established clients.

Accepted Methods: Bank transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other mutually agreed payment methods.

Currency: Pricing quoted in USD or CNY as specified in quotations.

Late Payment: Overdue payments may incur additional charges and affect future order processing.

Quality Standards: Products manufactured according to approved samples and international quality standards.

Inspection: Pre-shipment inspection available upon request. Third-party inspection services accepted.

Material Specifications: High-quality polyester and other materials as specified in order confirmations.

Tolerance Levels: Industry-standard tolerance levels apply for dimensions, colors, and print quality.

Shipping Terms: FOB, CIF, or other Incoterms as agreed upon order confirmation.

Delivery Location: From Yiwu, Zhejiang, China to destination specified by client.

Phased Delivery: Available for large orders or time-sensitive campaigns upon request.

Risk Transfer: Risk transfers according to agreed Incoterms. Insurance recommended for high-value shipments.

Client IP Rights: Client retains ownership of provided designs, trademarks, and proprietary information.

Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client designs, business information, and project details.

Non-Disclosure: Client information not shared with third parties without explicit written consent.

Manufacturing Rights: Products manufactured exclusively for the ordering client during agreed exclusivity periods.

Product Warranty: Products warranted against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery date.

Limitation of Liability: Liability limited to product replacement or refund. Consequential damages excluded.

Client Responsibilities: Client responsible for design accuracy, trademark clearance, and compliance with destination country regulations.

Force Majeure: Neither party liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Contract Termination: Either party may terminate with written notice, subject to completion of ongoing orders.

Dispute Resolution: Disputes resolved through negotiation first, then arbitration if necessary.

Governing Law: Contracts governed by laws of People's Republic of China.

Jurisdiction: Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China.
